The World knows there’s a stigma when it comes to the Hood. In all areas around the world, it’s known to be a place of poverty, violence, or struggle. So whenever someone rises from the ashes despite the turmoil and obstacles placed in their way to remain stagnant, they’re looked at as the rose that grew from the concrete. Houston Fashion Designer Rich God seems to be one of those Rosses that made it out, after one of his latest posts where he’s shooting an ad campaign for his upcoming clothing collection Made By Rich God. Showing the daily life of one who lives in the environment from playing dice, kicking it with the homies, and loitering in front of the corner store. Everyone is dripped down in some new Rich God attire, which makes the Hood not look bad at all.
We believe if you switch up what the environment sees on a daily to something more positive and fly, it could give a negative environment hope for a brighter future. Kudos to Rich God for this dope campaign.
